Raegan Reed is the coordinator for the Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival, an AFAA certified fitness instructor, 200-hour RYT and the owner of The Cardio Club and Delhi Dance Studio in Delhi, NY. Reed has been instructing people of all ages for 18+ years and was named the “Face of Fitness in Delaware County” by Upstate Life Magazine.
Raegan has had experience teaching fitness, yoga and dance at various Crunch Gym locations in New York City, Fit For Her and World Gym in Saint Augustine, Florida, The Cardio Club in Delhi, NY and for all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Jamaica, & the Dominican Republic.
Raegan was one of the pioneers of the fitness class program at SUNY Delhi in 2007 and was an adjunct professor there for 7 years. She was also a dance competition adjudicator for Shine Dance Competitions throughout Canada for three years.
Raegan founded a women’s organization in 2010, C.L.A.S.I. (The Catskill Ladies Association to Support & Inspire) and has helped raise over $100,000 in the Catskills since the group’s inception.
Raegan has appeared on the WB Morning Show, New York 1 News, & WBNG News performing fitness and dance choreography and discussing health & wellness.
She has studied yoga for 18 years in Florida, all over New York, Costa Rica, Jamaica & Philadelphia. Everything from Bikram, Iyengar and power yoga to Jivmukti, Ashtanga, hot yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, aerial yoga, yoga trapeze, inversion workshops, yoga Nidra, and more. Raegan says she loves it all! The funny thing is, she didn’t like yoga at first, but has come to absolutely LOVE IT!! That is what inspired her to host a yoga festival in Upstate New York! Raegan hopes to be able to help more people find their love and passion for yoga and fitness. It is good for anyone and everyone, you just have to find what works best for you!
Kelsie Laing (RYT-500) is a Catskill Region native happily returned after several years of exploring the midwest and beyond. As an IAYT Yoga Therapist candidate with Prema Yoga Institute in NYC, Kelsie studies the therapeutic applications of yogic philosophy and techniques, particularly through the vehicles of sound therapy and ayurvedic coaching, all of which deeply influence her teaching approach. Kelsie is passionate about creating accessible, intentional offerings that encourage individuals to look inward for strength, peace, and pleasure. Off the mat Kelsie most enjoys time spent outdoors, sharing fresh meals with family, and practicing the lost art of slowing down.
Nancy Forstbauer (RYT-300) is a certified Yoga Trapeze instructor through the Yoga Teacher’s College. Yoga Trapeze offers a yoga practice that integrates spinal decompression and increases the space between the lower vertebrae. The Yoga Trapeze will help to relieve back pain, increase flexibility, build a strong core and develop upper body strength. Students can work their shoulders, calm their nerves, and leave class floating on air.
Nancy Forstbauer completed 300 hours with Shiva Rea, global prana vinyasa teacher, and is certified in Yoga Trance Dance. Nancy studied with Rodney Yee and his wife Colleen. Additionally, to delve deeper into the mechanics of joint mobilization, she studied with Jill Miller, author and creator of the Roll Model.
She is certified in Every Kid’s Yoga, yoga for children with special needs. Nancy is also certified as an instructor for the TRX Suspension Training.
As a former dancer, Laura has always been kinesthetic, but yoga is what made her finally feel at home. A devoted Ashtangi and reverently rebellious yoga teacher, she has studied extensively in the United States as well as in Mysore, India with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois. Laura leads the Mysore Ashtanga program at The Yoga House in Kingston, NY. She teaches both traditional Ashtanga as well as Ashtanga-influenced vinyasa in workshops, classes, and private lessons in the Hudson Valley and New York City. She also offers cooking classes and health coaching, and most delights in making healthy indulgences for everyone. She offers deep gratitude to all the friends, mentors and teachers who have guided her and kept her company along the path.
RICARDA O’CONNER will lead the sound bath at the festival. She is an experienced yoga teacher (25 years) and metaphysical healer (20 years) whose practice is located in the Catskill Mountains near Woodstock, NY. Her modalities include Sound Therapy, Reiki, Matrix Energetics and Hypnosis. Ricarda offers sessions both in-person and via distance healing. Whether in the yoga studio or the healing studio, Ricarda provides an expanded, loving and safe environment where people can quickly access their power to heal and transform every area of their lives.

Nicholas, (RYT-200) has been practicing yoga for over 15-years and currently teaches Ashtanga and Kundalini styles of yoga. His alignment-based classes focus on cultivating inner strength, gratitude, and compassion for one’s self and one’s body. In addition to teaching yoga, Nicholas is also a trained chef who loves to share his passion for the culinary arts and healthy living with the world. When he is not practicing yoga, meditating or cooking, you might find Nicholas plunging into cold water, a pastime that has increased his endurance, mental strength and courage.
Philosopher, Teacher, Writer and Earth Devotee, Ana Francisca Gioia is a 500hr Kundalini Yoga teacher living in New York’s Hudson Valley. Her B.A. in Philosophy is from Boston College and she holds a Masters in Eastern Classics from St. John’s College (Santa Fe). She is a trained Radiant Child Yoga Teacher and teaches Children’s Yoga and Family Yoga as well as adult classes and offers workshops in Family Dynamics, Energetics and Rituals.
Ana feels very drawn to serving Women, Families and Children as there is so much fruitful healing to be done within these areas and the way society thinks about family roles. She wants to remind the little ones of the ancient ways and believes there is healing to be found there. Ana is the mother of two children and practices writing, wild crafting, philosophy, design, healing, sustainable cooking and connecting with the Earth. She is very passionate about Seasonal Living, working with children, connecting with her Celtic and Mayan roots and Regenerative Earth Practices.
Dana Trixie Flynn is a 'teacher's teacher,' celebrated for her raw and generous spirit and her uplifting innovative, and soulful Lotus Flow *TM style of Yoga. Dana’s favorite thing about Yoga is the coming together of the yogis. She loves rebels, music, arugula, dancing with total abandon, poets, tulips, her toes forever in the ocean, biking and of course Glitter. She has had the outrageous privilege of being the cosmic mother and creatrix of Laughing Lotus for over 20 incredible years. Dana also opened The Church of Yoga, LL's first generosity based yoga center in New Orleans and is now Co-Founder of LL Studio by Laughing Lotus.
Lisa Brown, founder of Free Flowing Health, is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of accumulated study, an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach, and a Natural Gourmet Institute Vegan Chef. She holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College.
Born and raised in NYC, Lisa spent her younger years living life in the fast lane. Working as a full-time EMT while in college, coupled with a poor diet, lots of stress, and little to no sleep left Lisa running on empty with a number of health issues, including a severe back injury. After turning to yoga for physical rehabilitation and adjusting her lifestyle, diet, and mindset, Lisa experienced deep and long-lasting healing on all levels of being.
After her own personal journey of self-discovery and transformation, Lisa's quest for knowledge, passion for healthy living, and deep desire to be of service to others was insatiable. Today, Lisa combines her work as a Personal Vegan Chef, Health Coach, & Yoga Teacher to help people around the world achieve greater levels of health, happiness and, harmony.
Bonnie (ERYT-500) has been teaching yoga since 1993. She has studied with David Swenson, Beryl Bender Birch, Tom Birch and Manju Jois (all Ashtanga teachers). She has taken workshops annually with interdisciplinary teachers such as David Williams (Ashtanga), John Friend (Anusara yoga), Lilias Folan (Hatha yoga) & Glen Black & Judy Brick-Freedman (Iyengar yoga). Bonnie continues to study independently with various teachers through books and media, such as Paul Grilley (Yin yoga), Rodney Yee & Patricia Walden.
Bonnie is a Reiki Master and has studied with Libby Barnett, Bonnie Strange, Shawn Dargee and Rosemary Volpone. She has been practicing Reiki since 2003.
Kelly's classes are musical, poetic, and deeply spiritual. She is known for her storytelling and her ability to make the philosophy of yoga relatable, to bring big subjects into an every day perspective. Expect a challenging and creative flow, plenty of great music, a dose of philosophy, a bit of chanting, and definitely some laughter! She is honored to study with and be influenced by many great teachers including Sondra Loring, Raghunath Cappo, Joshua Greene, Cyndi Lee and Douglas Brooks.
Always on the hunt for some deep connection with the invisible forces of magic and spirit, Kelly studied Eastern philosophy and politics in DC, hiked the Appalachian Train, traveled the world, and worked as a stylist in the NYC fashion and music business. When she found yoga she saw it as the confluence of everything she valued and longed for – creation and form, connection to the magical unknown, the fusing of the sacred and the everyday. She opened a studio in Goshen NY in 2006 and sold it a couple of years ago, and now teaches workshops, festivals and teacher trainings all over the globe.
Lisa Ellsworth has been practicing yoga since 2004 and after departing from a fourteen year career as a high school English literature teacher, soccer and track and field coach, she recently received her Yoga Alliance 200 Hour certification. Lisa classes include Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Gentle, Power, Pre-natal and Restorative yoga. Her passion is overall wellness of body and mind with a focus on body image, self-esteem, post partum depression and physical restoration of mind and body for athletes. She is also a certified SPIN instructor and a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. Currently, Lisa is training for the 2019 Marine Corp marathon in October.
Nearly five years ago, Emily was overwhelmed with stress and anxious feelings and found herself craving an alternative solution. After exploring many avenues with limited success, she decided it was time to make a complete life change. While making simple changes in her own life, she inevitably began helping others to do the same. Since then, Emily has devoted her time to educating women and mothers on the powers of natural solutions. She specializes in supporting women and mothers emotionally and physically through the use of DōTERRA essential oils and supplementation.

Erica Garcia E-RYT, YACEP found yoga at 16 years old, and taught herself through books she found. As a former gymnast, she realized early on that the only time she felt whole was when in movement synced with breath—it was in those moments that she could connect with her inner voice and spirit. Just eight years later, she was stricken with a debilitating autoimmune illness. Defying doctors’ recommendations, she sought her own path. She chose to deepen her yoga practice, and use what she knew of Ayurveda and holistic remedies passed down from the elder women of her family, to heal herself. Since then, she has used these methods time and time again to rebuild her body.
Upon receiving her 200-hr certification at Yoga Works, she took a leap of faith and opened the Nueva Alma™ Yoga & Wellness studio in Yonkers, NY in 2012. Four years later, Nueva Alma became the home of the A.L.M.A. (Asana, Lifestyle, Meditation, Acceptance) Institute, a center for yoga and holistic education, where Erica is also the founder and director of an interdisciplinary 200-hr yoga teacher training, weaving in integrative health and holistic life coaching for each trainee.
Erica has studied and furthered her craft with teachers such as her mentor, Krishna Kaur, with whom Erica ran the NYC region of the Y.O.G.A for Youth program, providing yoga to juveniles in the Dept. of Juvenile Justice. She has also trained with the likes of Seane Corne, Tao Porchon Lynch, Carrie Owerko, Colleen Saidman and Rodney Yee, Aadil Palkivala, David Swenson, Raji Thron and Anodea Judith, among others.
Corinne Gervai- Founder and Director of EuphoriaYoga in Woodstock New York has over eighteen years of teaching experience in New York City and Woodstock NY.
She received her Yoga Teaching certification from the Jivamukti Yoga School in the year 2000 after completing the full one year intensive certification program lead by Sharon Gannon and David Life.
Corinne taught all levels at The Jivamukti Yoga School in New York City from 2000-2005. Prior to that Corinne taught the Lotte Berk Method which incorporates elements of yoga, dance and therapeutic stretching in New York City and the Hamptons.
In 2005 Corinne received her Advanced Jivamukti certification. Upon moving to Woodstock full time in 2005 Corinne taught locally until 2009 when she opened EuphoriaYoga in the heart of Woodstock. Joann Kudrewicz's greatest passion is working with clients to restore balanced, vibrant, wholistic health. Creating an environment to support the body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal, using an Ayurvedic approach, with food and nature as a guide.
Her background incorporates both an Eastern and Western approach to health, a 2-year certification from the New England Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine and instructor level certification in colonic hydrotherapy through I-ACT, as well as licensure in the state of NY as a registered nurse.
Joann currently owns and operates holistic health centers in Delhi NY, and Oneonta NY, with a focus on nutrition, detoxification , colonic hydrotherapy, and cyberkinetic biofeedback.
Mike Imperato began studying meditation 25 years ago at the School of Practical Philosophy in NYC.
In 2002 he started working with the Chopra Center and attended their meditation teacher training. After over 400 hours of instruction Mike became a meditation instructor. Imperato has a Masters degree in Meditation from Davidji. All of Mike's classes use the ancient teachings and apply them to present day life.
Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower, R.N., Clinical Herbalist and co-founder of Plant Pioneers, a human-plant relations movement that serves to bring deeper connections of the natural world into our lives. The focus is on encounter based learning experiences where interactive (outdoor and indoor) exercises and instruction support natural wellness skills that mitigate and shift all types of sensory overload towards healthy solutions.
Workshops integrate natural self care, wellness through wild foods and herbals, knowing plants and trees on an intimate level, meditative forest bathing to un-foraging. Dialoguing circles create links to learn directly from observing Nature phenomena. Plant sensitive instruments and other intermediaries are used for thought provoking engaging effects
Selena Reynolds currently teaches at Shakti Yoga Studios, Menla Mountain Retreat Center, and privately in Woodstock, NY and the surrounding area. She completed Shakti Yoga’s 500 Hour Advanced Teacher Training with Linda Lalita Winnick in 2015, and in addition to teaching, maintains a dedicated personal practice and continues to study all aspects of yoga.
Selena took her first yoga class as a student at Bard College in 1998, and through her practice is gradually becoming more able to make sense of life on this planet and the intricacies of being human. The practice of yoga teaches her to stay balanced, open, and joyous as she strives to act with love in every situation. These situations usually involve cookie dough, handstands, and her three almost-grown children. Selena hopes to be an agent of joy, optimism, and reverence for life.
Her vinyasa classes are informative, exploratory, and fun, and designed to leave students feeling nourished, balanced, rejuvenated, and empowered. Her enthusiasm is infectious! Her intention is to help students develop stronger connection within themselves through movement and concentration. She believes wholeheartedly that yoga is a vehicle through which we can embody our fullest potential in all areas of our lives, and contribute in an increasingly positive way to our relationships and communities.
Darlene Dudash- Stuart is the founder of Balance Botanicals Integrated Wellness. Certified in nutrition response testing (aka- muscle testing), a traditional naturopath, a master herbalist, a board-certified holistic health practitioner, and a certified professional aromatherapist. She is also currently a student working towards board certification as a Lifestyle-Health Coach.
Darlene’s own wellness journey was born out of struggling with more than six years of various illnesses and disease. After exhausting the traditional healthcare system, she turned to a holistic, whole body approach to help restore her health and well-being. This experience motivated Darlene to become a practitioner to help others reclaim their health and wellness.
She uses the body’s own biofeedback system through a combination of nutrition response testing and morphogenic field technique. Through integration of aromatherapy, homeopathy, nutrition, herbs, lifestyle choices, Eastern medicine traditions, and mindfulness, Darlene helps create a personalized wellness blueprint™ for each person’s unique self.
